Harvest Chicken; chicken breast stuffed with fennel cranberry cornbread stuffed, roasted to golden, served with roasting jus

Balsamic Glazed Flank Steak; horseradish cream sauce 

Honey Brined Pork Tenderloin; grilled, apple chutney and apple reduction sauce

Stuffed Pork Loin; black mission fig, fresh sage, Prosciutto stuffing, roasted with honey Dijon glaze

Maple-Bourbon Salmon; fresh Atlantic salmon lightly grilled & slow roasted, finished with a maple bourbon glaze 

Baked Stuffed Shrimp; Crabmeat, sherry cracker stuffing

Baked Cod with Herb Crumb Topping; lemon beurre blanc on the side

Wild Mushroom Ravioli; porcini mushroom ravioli with herbed Alfredo Sauce topped with Ragout of mushrooms

Butternut-Sage Ravioli; Finished with a sage brown butter sauce with fresh fried sage

Filet Mignon; Seasoned and grilled to perfection with horseradish cream sauce or Béarnaise
