Hoisin Pork Belly; braised pork belly served over Asian slaw 

Cajun Shrimp; over sweet potato grits maple-bourbon reduction

Honey Brined Pork Tenderloin; grilled and served with root vegetable hash, apple cider reduction

Maple-Bourbon Salmon; lightly grilled & slow roasted served quinoa pilaf of cranberry & almond, drizzled with a maple bourbon reduction

Classic Old Bay Crab Cakes; served over a bed of sautéed baby spinach with a citrus aioli

Wild Mushroom Ravioli; porcini mushroom ravioli with herbed Alfredo Sauce topped with Ragout of mushrooms


Dinner ends with our servers passing apple pie won tons with a bourbon caramel dipper and Individual Chocolate Mousse served on Asian Spoons
