House-made potato & root vegetable chips with a variety of dips including butternut & bleu cheese, caramelized onion, buttermilk herb and white bean.

Mediterranean Mezze

A variety of hummus, tzatziki, tabbouleh, bubba ganoush, served with carrots, pita points and crostini


Passed Hors d'oeuvres

Pork Tostados, our house made pulled pork topped with melted jalapeño jack with guacamole 

Turkey Cocktail Meatballs;  orange cranberry glaze

Onion Jam Crostini; garlic onion jam, melted brie, prosciutto 

Scallop & Bacon; Day boat scallop wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon

Spinach Stuffed Mushroom; spinach, feta & pine nut stuffed mushrooms topped with aged parmesan

Truffle fries; crispy shoestring fries tossed with parmesan cheese, parsley and truffle oil, served with ketchup & garlic aioli

Fried Macaroni and Cheese Bites; Classic 4 cheese mac served with buffalo aioli  

Vegetable spring rolls with a sweet chili dipper

Chicken Picatta; skewer; lemon aioli, fried caper garnish

Stir Fried Chicken; boneless chicken, stir fried with sweet teriyaki sauce with Asian veggies over fried rice served in Asian containers with chop sticks

Mahogany Short Ribs; boneless beef short ribs, slow roasted in red wine, whipped potatoes and roasted root vegetables

Shrimp Scampi; sautéed broccoli flowerets and shrimp in butter, lemon, white wine garlic served over linguini and fresh grated parmesan cheese 

Maple Bourbon Glazed Salmon; served over jasmine rice with sautéed vegetables

Pork Tenderloin; apple cider brined, grilled and served with butternut squash risotto 

Wild Mushroom Ravioli; porcini mushroom ravioli with herbed Alfredo Sauce topped with Ragout of mushrooms

Butternut-Sage Ravioli; finished with a sage brown butter sauce with fresh fried sage

Petite Crab Cakes; served over sautéed winter greens with remoulade sauce

Harvest Chicken; chicken breast stuffed with fennel cranberry cornbread stuffed, roasted to golden, served over whipped potatoes roasting jus


Dinner ends with our servers passing individual Asian spoons with Creme Brulee


Beck’s Bistro provides all passing platters, cocktail napkins, high quality disposable plates and forks for the above menu.
